Patient presents with chief complaint of fever, headache, abdominal pain, diarrhea for the past 4 days. Patient reported eating street food 1 week ago and drinking water from the vendor

Labs were ordered for: CBC, CMP lipid panel, widal test (Symptoms suggested infection with salmonella).
Lab results:
Labs are attached below which showed infection with salmonella typhi.
Diagnosis: Typhoid
Patient was suggested to take the antibiotics and follow up as needed. Patient reported feeling better in four days.
