Chief Complaint:

Patient presented with chief complaint of Sweating, Shakiness, Weakness, Hunger, Dizziness, Headache.

Vitals:

BP: 132/82

Pulse: 83

Temperature: 98.6

Labs Ordered:

Labs were ordered fasting blood sugar and A1C

Lab results:

Labs reported elevated fasting blood sugar of 127.39

Diagnosis:

Patient was advised to contact PCP for type 2 diabetes diagnosis, reduce weight and follow a low carb, high protein diet.
