Chief Complaint:

Patient presented with chief complaint of frequent urge to urinate, pain or burning during urination, cloudy or strong-smelling urine, or lower back pain.

Vitals:

BP: 126/78

Pulse: 82

Temperature:98.9

Labs Ordered:

Labs were ordered urine analysis

Lab results:

Labs reported UTI infection

Diagnosis:

Patient was diagnosed with UTI infection and was advised to contact PCP to get antibiotic doses of TMP SMX.
