Patient presented with chief complaint of Shaking and Sweating, Feeling Jittery, Difficulty Concentrating, Lack of Energy, Fatigue or Tiredness

Vitals:

BP: 134/85

Pulse: 78

Temperature: 98.9

Labs Ordered:

Labs were ordered Fasting blood sugar and A1C

Lab results:

Labs reported high fasting blood sugar

Diagnosis:

Patient was advised to contact PCP for type 2 diabetes diagnosis, reduce weight and follow a low carb, high protein diet.
