Chief Complaint:

Patient presented with chief complaint of Shaking, sweating, feeling jittery, difficulty concentrating, lack of energy.

Vitals:

BP: 110/70

Pulse: 91

Temperature: 98.3

Labs Ordered:

Labs were ordered fasting blood glucose, CBC

Lab results:

Labs reported fasting blood glucose to be on the lower side.

Diagnosis:

Patient was advised to skip fasting and eat meals at regular basis. Regular healthy multi carb and nutritious diet along with multivitamins was suggested.
