Chief Complaint:

Patient presented with chief complaint of dizziness, weakness, fatigue, fever.

Vitals:

BP: 125/80

Pulse: 80bpm

Temperature: 101F

Labs Ordered:

Labs were ordered for CBC

Lab results:

Labs reports were normal

Diagnosis:

Patient reports were normal but patient was advised to rest and drink plenty of fluids. He was advised to meditate, exercise and reduce stress.
