Chief Complaint:
Patient presented with chief complaint of abdominal pain, frequent urination and nocturnal enuresis , difficulty maintaining a urinary stream and urinary dribbling. Patient has a past medical history of hypertension and takes beta-blocker on daily basis.
Vitals:
BP: 135/81
Pulse: 85 bpm
Temperature: 99 F
Labs Ordered:
Labs were ordered for CBC and urinalysis
Lab results:
Labs reported to have normal CBC and urinalysis
Diagnosis:
Patient was suggested to follow-up with PCP and get his prostrated checked. Patient was also advised to get labs done for fasting blood sugar, HgbA1c, PSA levels, vitamin D and B12 checked. Follow-up as needed.
