Patient is presented with chief complaint of dizziness, fever, weakness, dark urine, loss of appetite, clay colored stool

Vitals:

BP: 127/85

Pulse: 92

Temperature: 101 F

Labs Ordered:

CBC and liver function test were ordered

Lab results:

Elevated levels of Conjugated Bilirubin, Alkaline Phosphatase were detected

Diagnosis: 

Patient was diagnosed with Jaundice and was suggested to take Liv-52 to strengthen the liver and suggested low fat healthy diet
