Chief Complaint:
Patient presented with chief complaint of dark colored urine, pallor skin, yellow eyes, clay colored stool, diarrhea and abdominal pain for the past 1 week. Patient visited hill station 2 weeks ago and reported eating street food. Patient has no past medical history and takes no medications.
Vitals:
BP: 130/80
Pulse: 81 bpm
Temperature: 99 F
Labs Ordered:
Labs were ordered CBC and liver function test
Lab results:
Labs reported indirect bilirubin to be 0.3 and direct bilirubin to be 0.15 and Alkaline phosphate to be 146.8
Diagnosis:
Patient might have contracted jaundice but her liver function is improved. Patient is advised to take liv-52 and eat healthy fat free food. Follow-up as needed.
