Chief Complaint:

Recurring yeast infections, bladder infections (cystitis) and skin infections since last 6 months, she also reported increased thirst and urination.

Vitals:

BP: 128/85

Pulse: 93

Temperature: 97.8

Labs Ordered:

Fasting glucose and HbA1C

Lab results:

Results showed fasting glucose to be 127.39

Diagnosis:

Type 2 Diabetes, patient was referred to endocrinologist for followup and suggested weight loss and diet management.
