Patient presented with chief complaint of weakness, fatigue and fever

BP: 132/82
Pulse: 91
Temperature: 101.0 F
Labs Ordered:
Labs were ordered CBC, CMP
Lab results:
Labs reported High WBC count, low platelet count
Diagnosis:
The CBC suggested infection, patient was also coughing suggesting bacterial infection in the lungs. Patient was advised to contact PCP for further investigation.
