Patient presented with chief complaint of Shakiness, Rapid Heart Rate, Weakness, Fatigue

Vitals:

BP: 132/85

Pulse: 76

Temperature: 98.8

Labs Ordered:

Labs were ordered CBC, fasting and post prandial blood sugar.

Lab results:

Labs reported post prandial sugar to be 93.28. fasting sugar was 62.32

Diagnosis:

Patent was advised to avoid fasting and take regular meals. Repeat labs in 1 week and consult a PCP
