Chief Complaint:
Patient presented with chief complaint of dysuria, frequent urination, pressure or cramping in lower abdomen for the past 4 days.
Vitals:
BP: 121/80
Pulse: 80bpm
Temperature: 97.4F
Labs Ordered:
Labs were ordered for Urine Routine & Microscopy analysis
Lab results:
Labs reported urine examination pale yellow and acidic, turbid appearance, having 30-35 PUS Cells and having 3-5 Epithelial Cells.
Diagnosis:
Patient was suggested to take antibiotics Trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, Amoxicillin for a week. Patient was advised to drink more water and increase the amount of fiber in her diet. Do some normal exercises or yoga.
