Patient presented with chief complaint of Weight loss, weakness, fever night sweats, blood in the sputum.

Vitals:

BP: 128/92

Pulse : 81bpm,

Temperature: 101 F

Labs Ordered:

Based on the symptoms lab was ordered for skin Mantoux test for TB along with chest x-ray

Lab results:

Lab results showed positive skin test

Suggestions:

Patient was referred to see her primary care physician regarding managing TB, and was suggested to take rifamycin, pyrazinamide, ethambutol, isoniazid. Along with Vitamin B6
