Patient presented with chief complaint of right upper quadrant pain, Dark urine (pee), Fatigue (feeling tired), Itching, Light colored stools for the past 6 days.
Vitals:
BP: 132/82
Pulse: 82
Temperature: 98.9
Labs Ordered:
Labs were ordered CBC, Liver function test.
Lab results:
Labs reported elevated AST, ALT, ALK. phosphatase
Diagnosis:
Patient was advised to follow with PCP and get abdominal ultrasound done for the suspected case of cholecystitis . Follow up as needed.
