Patient presented with chief complaint of Abdominal pain, back pain, flank pain on the right side, frequent or painful urination, blood in your urine, or other urinary problems

Labs Ordered:
Labs were ordered CBC/CMP and urine analysis
Lab results:
Labs reported high pus and epithelial cells.
Diagnosis:
Patient has a suspected case of right kidney stone, patient was advised to increase hydration and follow up with PCP for an abdominal Xray.
