Chief Complaint:

Patient presented with chief complaint of polyuria, polydipsia blurred vision.

Vitals:

BP: 138/85

Pulse: 72

Temperature: 98.4 F

Labs Ordered:

Labs were ordered for CBC, Fasting blood glucose, HgB A1C

Lab results:

Labs reported fasting blood sugar to be 120.48 mg/dl

Diagnosis:

Diabetes mellitus was diagnosed, patient was advised to follow up with PCP as soon as possible. Patient was advised to reduce cards, eat protein rich diet, take multivitamins and Vitamin D
