Labs reported extensive hypo densities noted in bilateral subcortical and periventricular white matter lesions.
Diagnosis:
Mother had a complicated delivery with massive bleeding which might have contributed to the findings in the infant that is encephalopathy. Mother is advised to see a neurologist for supportive care.
