Patient presented with chief complaint of Polyuria, Polydipsia,Headache, blurred vision, tiredness, (Diabetes Type 2). Patient also complained of frequent UTIs which were treated with antibiotics in the past. Patient has a past medical history of hypertension.

Pulse: 85 bpm
Temperature: 98.9 F

Labs were ordered for postprandial blood glucose and HbA1c
Lab results:
Labs reported postprandial blood sugar to be 252.51 mg/dl
Diagnosis:
patient was suggested to see the PCP to start anti-glycemic medications. Patient was recommended to follow healthy lifestyle and exercise regularly.
